The Evidence Intelligence Platform

Interrogate disclosure

Pivot finds the conflicts hiding in financial evidence — and proves them. Every claim, every conflict, every source — deterministic, auditable, cannot hallucinate. Proven in family law. Built for every domain where evidence is contested.

With Pivot You can

Find every discrepancy in the disclosure. In minutes.

A financial remedy matter arrives as thousands of pages. Pivot reads all of it, so you can find every discrepancy — traced back to document, page, paragraph.

01

Catch outgoings that don't match

Form E says £4,000. The statements say £9,000. Pivot flags it.

02

Surface pre-separation transfers

Three transfers just before the separation date. Pivot finds every one.

03

Connect contradictions across documents

Replies deny a company interest. A filing says director. Pivot links them.

How it works

Three steps from disclosure to a tested record.

Upload the disclosure. Pivot builds the record, checks it against what's required, and compares both parties' figures.

  1. Step 1 — Build

    Build the record

Pivot extracts every account, property, pension and figure — who stated it, when, and where.

  2. Step 2 — Check

    Check it for gaps

Pivot lists what's missing, by account, period and obligation. Each gap becomes a questionnaire request in one click.

  3. Step 3 — Compare

    Compare both parties

Each side stays separate until you merge them. Then matching items sit side by side, and the differences show themselves.

Powered by Polyphonic Assertion Ontology™

The intelligence engine behind everything we build.

Pivot does not judge who is telling the truth. It records which party asserted what, and whether the evidence in the record corroborates it. Every state is calculated from the disclosure, not inferred, and updates when new disclosure is added.

Assertion-led disclosure modelling

The Polyphonic Assertion Ontology captures each party's assertions about every asset, account, pension and monthly figure separately, rather than flattening them into a single agreed number. Each assertion is held against the party who made it and linked to the page, statement line or filing behind it, creating the structured foundation Pivot uses to test disclosure against Form E, compare both parties side by side, and draft the documents that follow.

The model reads your record to draft documents. It does not train on your case data, and no data is shared between firms or matters.

Every assertion carries one of four states

04

  • 01

    Corroborated

The assertion is made and evidence in the record supports it.

  • 02

    Uncorroborated

The assertion is made and no evidence in the record supports it yet.

  • 03

    Contradicted

The assertion is made and evidence in the record says otherwise.

  • 04

    Unasserted

Form E requires it and no party has asserted anything about it.

Outputs

File every document from one record.

Every court document for a financial remedy matter — Form E, questionnaire, chronology, ES1, ES2, D81 — from the same record. Nothing retyped, so the numbers never drift. Built for family law first.

  • Form E

Populate it from the record, every figure linked to its source.

  • Questionnaire

Draft it from what's missing or contradicted.

  • Composite chronology

Pull both parties' events, dated and sourced.

  • ES1

Generate the case summary from the same record.

  • ES2

Assets and liabilities, figure by figure.

  • D81

Same figures as ES2. Always consistent.

How the record is held

One structured record, from first instruction to final order.

The record is built once and holds the whole matter — every party, every source, every stage.

12

Stages of a matter covered, from opening to post-order.

100%

Every state traced to a source document.

3

Disclosure stages: separate, merged, checked.

5

Source types: parties, experts, third parties, registries, the court.

Testimonials

The verdict so far

"Pivot has the potential to transform family law. It tackles what we affectionately call the 'plastic bagger' — the client arriving with receipts and bank statements in shopping bags. The bag has gone digital, but the challenge is the same. Pivot frees legal teams from hours of administrative sifting. "

Joanne Wescott

Managing Partner, Osbornes Law

"Pivot is exactly what the legal industry has been looking for!"

Hannah Markham KC

Head of Family, 36 Group

"Everything in this space is still done manually — it's a giant opportunity, and I love the traction the Pivot team has already made."

Will Shu

Founder and ex-CEO, Deliveroo
